we need from you:

material to be translated, preferably in electronic format (any MS
Office compatible file or Acrobat PDF). We will also accept printed
material for translation (via post or fax)

indication of when you need the translation (we prefer a minimum of 3 days
notice)

The database file
if you require the use of a specific Trados terminology database
